First, dial: __________________________________________________. Next, press the digit that interrupts your greeting: __________________. Finally, enter your passcode: ___________________________________. Voicemail messages will be purged after _____________________ days.

You are now at the Voicemail Box's Main Menu.

The number of new voicemail and/or undelivered secretarial messages will be announced

Press 1 to Change your Temporary Status (optional) Press 5 to Create a Voicemail Message (optional) Press 7 to Play the first message Press 8 for User Options Press 9 to Disconnect Press 0 for Assistance (optional)

The two functions you will access the most are playing your voicemail messages and recording a mailbox greeting.



To play your voicemail messages from the Main Menu, press 7.

The date/time, and optionally the caller's ANI info will be played prior to each message.
