Each mailbox contains a recording that can be enabled called the Mailbox Greeting. It generally announces information, such as office hours, offers choices to the caller, such as press one if this call is urgent, or asks the caller to leave a message after the tone.


Here are the steps to change your Mailbox Greeting from the Main Menu.

1. Press 8 (for User Options) 2. Press 4 (change Mailbox Greeting) 3. Press 2 (to Record the greeting) 4. Press 4 (to Pause the greeting) 5. Press 4 (to Save the greeting) 6. Press 7 (to Play the new greeting back to you) 7. Press 9 (to Exit from this menu)
